PAR-ReCycle Works... E-Cycle Event scheduled for Sunday, May 7th in our lower parking lot from 8:15 AM – 12:15 PM. Recycling electronics, restoring lives; PAR–ReCycle Works is a social enterprise providing transitional employment for formerly incarcerated people seeking to re-enter society as productive citizens. Their work of recycling electronics provides a duel benefit of addressing an environmental problem while serving as the vehicle for individuals to build job skills, reconnect with family and contribute to society. Your contribution of waste electronics helps the effort of rebuilding lives and families in our community. Bring your used electronics! Desktop computer systems, laptop, notebook computers, iPads, other tablets, cell phones, phones, phone systems, iPods, MP3 players, DVD players, VCRs, printers, flat screen monitors, computer peripherals including keyboards, mice, cords, power supplies, AC adaptors & wiring and all software. The following items include a cost to ensure they are properly recycled: Older CRT Monitors and TV's - $35 -$75/each (size varies), Flat screen TV's-$20/each, computer monitors (flat screen LCD's) are $5 each, air conditioners, dehumidifiers & air purifiers - $20, microwaves -$10.
